When MGM Studios faced lease increases totaling $28 million a decision was made to investigate alternate options. We worked with developers to conceptualize a new high rise tower in Century City, CA and then led the planning, design and construction management effort for MGM's 420,000 sq. ft., $40 million development. This project included high end custom finishes, an executive theater and corporate support spaces. The end result was an iconic symbol for an iconic studio, enhancing MGM's brand and re-establishing its presence in the heart of the entertainment industry.
